Our 5 Day Power Skating and Skills camps consist of 10 hours of detailed On-Ice instruction, 5 hours of Off-Ice training, and 5 hours of class time. Our on ice sessions will focus on edge work, body position, stride and speed. We will work on skating with and without the puck, as well as puck handling, deception and shooting through the week.
During our class time we will cover various topics such as proper nutrition, mental preparation, game preparation and leadership development.
Please be mindful that these are not learn to skate programs nor are we a regular day camp. It is our goal and mission to ensure that we are able to take our athletes skating and skills to the next level. To do so, our players must be focused, attentive and hardworking.
