We’re proud to share that five athletes who train full-time with Dynamic Edge this season have been selected to attend USA Hockey’s 2025 National Player Development Camps - a prestigious opportunity extended to just 216 players per birth year across the country.

2025 Camp Selections:
Chase Gill – Defence (California Goldrush 14U AAA)
Drew McDevitt – Forward (California Goldrush 14U AAA)
Emma Short – Forward (Goldrush Girls 14U + Fairmont Middle School)
Jack Urtel – Goaltender (Fairmont Prep 18U AAA)
Peter Budaj – Forward (California Goldrush 14U AAA)

Each summer, USA Hockey gathers the top American-born players from across the country for a week of elite on-ice training, off-ice development, and evaluation for future national and international team opportunities.

These five will join the best of their age groups in:

Amherst, NY - Boys 15 Camp (July 16-21)
Oxford, OH - Girls 15 Camp (July 24-29)

Every step they take towards the national stage reflects the full-time commitment they’ve made to their development, both on and off the ice, with Dynamic Edge.
